We all have character buried beneath our surface that is vast and deep. We simply need to let our dreams and thoughts be heard to release our energy and expand.
I have always been a fan of baked tofu for a quick protein injection on the go! And I have loved the idea of getting a tofu press, but we'll start slow and simply share the recipe. ;)
Baked Tofu (Vegan; Gluten free)
Ingredients
1/2 block of pressed tofu (thinly sliced; about 1/16 of an inch)
3 TB tamari (use gluten-free tamari if making gluten free)
Mix ingredients of marinade and soak the sliced tofu for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tofu in a single layer on baking and put in oven for 15-20 minutes. It should start getting crispy on the edges. Keep an eye on it in its final moments to prevent it from burning. Serve on top of Asian noodles salads, stuff in spring rolls, serve as faux lunch meat or bacon.
The British designer of Charley May and her home in a photo diary. A very transcendent look at the English country side and peace by the sea. Makes me want to go back and see it in person.
Here a few of the photos, the rest will be found in the link at the bottom.
