I made the Vegan Alfredo Pasta last night and it came out soo gooood! And quick! Dan liked it too! I hardly used any measuring (which is important in baking, not so in cooking) and eye balled a lot of the liquids. I used the food processor rather a blender. I think it blends and chops everything a lot easier. I'll have to try it in lasagna and on veggies! Delish!
