We all have character buried beneath our surface that is vast and deep. We simply need to let our dreams and thoughts be heard to release our energy and expand.

Flexy Plexy
I have been working on the lotus for a while and as of now can only to the half. I'll have to keep up the split leg forward folds to work those hips more I reckon. :)
